1. Send an email to contactus@slaaash.com.sg with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
2. Include the following details to verify your identity:
   • Your registered name
   • Your registered email address
   • Your registered phone number (if applicable)
3. Allow 5-7 business days for processing. A confirmation email will be sent once your account is deleted.

• Transaction history and order details
• Account preferences and settings

In compliance with legal or regulatory requirements, we may retain certain information for a specific retention period, including:

• Records of completed transactions for tax and audit purposes
